Return Policy

30 Days

Thank you for shopping at Alpha Prime Global. Online purchases made through Alpha Prime Global are valid for return within 30 days from the delivery date. Submit an email request for return, and we will try our best to meet your request. Please Contact Us immediately if you need help. All return items must be returned undamaged, unused, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued. The 30-day period begins on the day when you receive your purchase for goods.

Conditions under which you can return

(1) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels. Ensure that all articles in the package are intact!

(2) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at support@alphaprimeglobal.com to request a return.
  2.  Get the return address
  3.  Return your item
  4. Send us your Tracking information
  5. We receive the items and inspect it
  6. Get a Refund

 

REFUND PROCESS:

  1. For refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Shipping fee

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items.  Special note: Please consult with us before deciding how to return the goods. 

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
